meet the team 

 

Martin attended dental school between January 1995 and December 1999 in the north easterly town of Umea, Sweden. Studying in Umea meant moving 700 miles away from his parents. In Umea the snow arrives about November/ December time and it stays around until May! 

 

So as soon as dental school finished, Martin packed his bags and moved to a sunnier climate in the South West of England. 

 

Martin has now been working in Torbay for over 8 years and has been at Cherrybrook since 2004 and is loving every minute. 

Jeanette went to Dental School in Umea, Sweden from 1995 to 1999. She started working directly after her graduation in Sweden. 

 

After several trips over the Atlantic and some more studies, Torbay became her new home in the beginning of 2005. 

 

Jeanette had previously worked in Cherrybrook between 2005 and 2006 and feels very happy to be back. 

 

She enjoys working with all aspects of dentistry. 

 

Bardia graduated in 1999 from Umea University School of Dentistry, Sweden. After graduating he immediately started working in Sweden.Parallel with his work he studied for the American Dental Board Examinations which granted Bardia a License to practice Dentistry in California in 2002. 

 

Between 2002 and 2004, Bardia worked as a General Dental Practitioner in San Diego, California until early 2005 when he moved to Torbay and has been practising here ever since. Bardia finds that working in Paignton as an independent dentist is very rewarding, and truly enjoys working with all disciplines within dentistry. 

 

In his spare time, Bardia has a great passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, mountainbiking, skiing and surfing and also enjoys good food and drinks in the company of family and friends.
